With 3-4 squirts, it works very well for me. I think it works faster than chewable tablets I’ve used.

Helped to get back to sleep

I'm sensitive to all meds, so I only used 3 sprays at bedtime (not the recommended 6) and I fell asleep well, and noticed that it helped me get back into sleep easily every time I woke up (which is my biggest issue).

I have found this product easy to use. I really appreciate that I do not have any side effects unlike diphenhydramine. I tried a cheaper alternative spray finding it less effective. I am definitely sticking with Sleep Fast.
