Shipping Policy

With very few exceptions, all orders placed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern) should ship within 16 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following non-holiday Monday. Shipping and handling on most orders is $5.95 for USPS first class with tracking. We verify credit card information before shipping, which can sometimes delay an order from being processed. When an order is successfully processed, we will send order acknowledgement, confirmation of shipping and tracking information via the e-mail you provided with your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, shipping is only available on U.S. domestic orders.
