1) Complete our short online questionnaire to see if we can support your specific needs.
2) If we can support your specific needs, you will be able to schedule a judgement-free, full length evaluation with one of our expert mental health providers. The evaluation will be conducted via a secure online video visit and runs about 50 minutes in length.
3) During the first online visit, your provider will work with you to determine which treatment, if any, is appropriate.
4) If you are prescribed medication, it will be delivered to your home within 2-3 business days.
5) Typically, you will see your provider for short online visits once a month for the first couple of months as you and your provider work on tailoring your treatment plan for your specific needs. Once your treatment plan is optimized your provider will review options with you of spreading out the check-ins to every 3-4 months. And, of course, you always have the choice of seeing your provider more often if you’d like!
6) If a prescription renewal is due while you are between provider visits, simply send us request through your Patient Portal and we'll take care of coordinating with your provider and pharmacy to get the prescription ready for you.
We currently do not accept insurance for provider visits but your insurance can be applied to your medication costs, if you have pharmacy benefits.
For visits, we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized list of services) after your visit which you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance company.
Without insurance medication prices can range between $40-$80 per month. Certain medications (such as Vyvanse or Mydayis) can be more expensive without insurance.
Your initial evaluation appointment costs $30 to reserve, which is deducted from the total appointment cost of $225 after you have completed your visit.
For medication management, follow-up appointments are 20-25 minutes and cost $160 per appointment.
For medication management plus therapy, follow-up appointments are 45-50 minutes and cost $275 per appointment.
